Joey started a new primary class and he loves his teacher. He has been really helpful with mom lately and is doing well in speech.

I wanted to curl Emily's hair but I know that she will not sleep with curlers so I purchased some perma curlers that all the girls are using in Washington. I put them in her hair with mousse and we let them stay in her hair for about 3 hours. Her hair curled beautifully and they are way easier to put into her hair than any other curler. They lasted all day too.

Ben came home from school and told me that he wanted to learn how to tie his shoes. We have tried in the past, for days and minutes at a time. But this time I realized that the reason we were having so much trouble is that Ben is left handed and we were teaching him right handed. So I mirrored him since I am not left handed and he figured it out in about 10 minutes. I am so proud of him and he says he is proud of himself too.
