May 12th to July 6th 2019

We had a lazy 4th of July. Eric worked all day. We attended a breakfast at the Petersen home, had a family water balloon fight, little caesars for dinner and set off fireworks.

Isaac had Peter over to play and they seem to have fun
Our family went to Silverwood for a week. We camped in the RV park and had a blast. Later in the week the Dabb family came and hung out with us. Emily had to go the Er in Couer D'Alene because ended up with 5 stitches in her chin from the water park and Isaac had an incident report filled out for the wave pool. They are very cautious. If a child looks like they are struggling they shut off the pool and jump in to assist. We also went and visited Mr. Williams in Sandpoint. We would have loved to visit longer but he injured his back and seem to be in an immense amount of pain.

Yes, she is reading instead of playing in the water.

Paige and I went on the water rides together since Emily couldn't get her chin wet.

We were laughing because Andrews icecream and sweatshirt matched.

Cami and I got stuck in the same train car while the kids all got out and took off. Luckily the attendants brought them back. The kids were adorable they said a prayer and within moments we were free. It was great to see them have their prayers answered even if it was a simple movement of a screw driver.

Isaac's and Joseph first time on the spin cycle.

Andrew somehow convinced Eric to buy him this sweatshirt. He was so happy!

However, if you give one twin something you have to give it to the other. ALly was happy for her new sweatshirt too.

Andrew wanted to give Garfield high five
Apparently Isaac is teaching Garfield how to give high five

Mr. Williams gave Emily and Allison stuffed animals his wife had.  They were excited and I know it was a sacrifice for him.

Visiting Mr. Williams

Being held up for charity on the train.

Emily had held up the Loser sign to her forehead. When I asked her if she knew what it meant she said it means Laugh Out Loud. She was so upset when she learned what it really meant. So we are doing LOL with our fingers.

The younger kids were excited because they are tall enough to drive the cars.

1st day at Silverwood

I think this is Isaac 1st time on Panic Plunge. I don 't have a picture of it becasue Em and I were on the ride, but later in the week Emily decided at the last minute to do panic plunge so I went with her. I was very proud and reminded why I don't like that ride.

Waiting for our nightly icecream

Ally and Andy's 1st time on the wooden roller coasters. Andrew was obsessed. Allison was happy.

Emily not want to ride on the Timer Terror but doing it anyway since it is all of the family.

One of my favorite pictures. They all decided to team up with someone and held hands on their own.

Lunch at a rest stop
Our friends the Brook Family invited us to come to their family cabin. We have done this 3 years I believe. It has been a favorite tradition of my children.  We all had a great time.

Emily and Isaac were the only ones that would pick cherries with me
Eric built a role-playing/game  table and it is awesome
Ben had some friends over to play video games
We went to the splash pad and park.

Ben made some wood shaped weapons, cut them out with the saw and painted them on his own
Happy Father's Day to Dad

Ally hanging out in our little pool

1st movie night of the season

Emily last day of school picinic

Emily last day of 3rd grade
Joseph last day of 5th grade

Joseph 5th grade graduation see story below

They were teasing that Joseph is seating and looks like he is contagious so the parents made them
move closer

Joseph attended only his 5th-grade graduation for the 45 minutes and then we took him home. His teacher even announced they were happy to have him attend since he had his appendix removed. Everyone clapped it was so cute because he was so happy.

Well Sunday night Joseph told me he was not feeling good. He fell asleep earlier and then woke up about 4 am saying his stomach hurt. I touched him and he responded the way that an appendix should. I was concerned, gave him upset upset tummy meds, and Tylenol and he went back to sleep. I prayed I would know if he had appendicitis or not. At 8 am he asked for more tylenol and went to school because it was the last week of school. The week the promote all year in the KOG program. Monday is Field Day, Tuesday tye dye shirts, Wednesday water park day, Thursday Graduation and Friday last day of school fun.  So I waited all day for a call from the school but didn't get one until about 230. He asked me to pick him up at Cottonwood when the bus came because he couldn't 't walk. I said ok. I got there and he had a friend assisting him off the bus, he was holding his side and was crying. I knew it was serious. Called Ben and told him I was taking Jose to urgent care and to watch the kids. He cried to urgent care that it hurt went the car turned or hit a bump. Took him there and he was crying that they immediately got a Dr. and she didn't even run tests. Said it looks like a problem with his Appendix and to take him to the ER.  Called Eric because he was at work and had him meet me at the ER. We got there at the same time and he was in uniform, which was great because the hospital seemed a little bit more willing to help quickly. I said you are either in trouble or important if you are with an officer.  They predicted it was appendicitis by all indications, and finally did a CAT scan to see if it was. At 10 pm they wheeled him in for surgery to remove his appendix.  He was very nervous but had received a blessing and all went well. I was grateful to friends that helped with kids till my cousin could come help. She was visiting on graduation and stayed the night so Eric and I could be with Joe. He even attempted on Wednesday to convince me he was fine for the water park. Wasn't happening because he had 14 days with no immersion. I told him to go get his swimming suit on and he gave up and said I can't it hurts too much. I told him I was sorry.  Tried to spoil him other ways. I am glad he is okay.

The Callender kids came to stay with us for my cousin Jacky's high school graduation.  We also got to see the Michaelson girls too. It was fun to visit with family.

Emily has been like a little sister to Hayley and I can't believe she is graduating.

Jacky's graduation from Kamaikan

Andrew was sad when all the visiting family left
Trying to entertain the kids for 30 minutes in the car with my speedy video and slow-motion video on my phone.

George and Paula visited and the kids had a great time. We went to the campsite they were staying at. This is an adorable picture to me because Isaac is holding Emily's hair so she can pick up rocks from the river.

The kids are Jr. Rangers at Sacajewea museum with Grandpa George and Grandma Paula

We even stayed the night and camped with Grandma and Grandpa.

Our neighbor won these two chairs in a camping basket and her kids are too big and she gave them to us. The twins were happy because they didn't have chairs.

Hanging out at Cottonwood Carnival. She is trying to show me the sticker on her face

Joseph was featured as a 5th grade student on Kog Facebook page.
Ben received some awards for his scouts and it was announced that he got his Eagle finished before he turned 13. His court of honor will be done with a bunch of boys

Joe getting scout awards

Joseph's performing in his KOG musical. He played the part of Charboneau, Sacajeweas husband.

Andrwe fell on his face this is the resutl of his nose days later.
Ben had his last performance for band and 5, 7th graders received a special award for going the extra mile. Very proud momma.

Andrew fell fast first on his nose running in the kitchen, on Erics birthday. I am pretty sure he broke it because it was whistling for about a day.
Eric/Dad 39th birthday

I suprised him with a nintendo switch

Ben sent dad on a treasure hunt to find his gift from him

Ally begged to get her ears pierced. She followed through and cried but was so happy in the end. She loves her rainbow flowers.

Family Sunday wrestling, yes in church clothes!
Eric took the girls for Daddy Daughter to the Richland Senior Associations Friday dance. This is Allisons first time for a Daddy Daughter Ball date. They had fun, and the RSA loved having them. We love that they let them go.

Ben's final track meet. Poor kid was sick but still gave it his all.

Isaac wanted me to show you the picture he drew from school. He was the only student that altered it into another dinosaur. I thought it was cute.

I couldn't find the kids they were being quiet and they were sitting on the recliner we were giving away talking nicely eating popsicles. I thought it was cute
