Edwards Famly: Silverwood Vacation, 4th of July 7-12-2015

June 25 to June 30, 2015 we went on our family vacation to Silverwood. It was so much fun. We met up with some friends on Thursday and Friday. Saturday morning we received a call that Sadie, or dog of 9 years had passed away. It was sad but it was a blessing we weren't home when it happened because I wouldn't have handled it well. We decided to tell the kids on the drive home rather than spoil their vacation. Then Ben got sick and we pushed him around the park in a stroller, and he relaxed in the camper too. Then when Joseph got sick, walking and laying on the ground, he tried so hard. We decided it was time to go home early. Five days in the park was good enough. We had a great time camping, we got huge ice cream every night, we watched a magic show, went on rides multiple times, and spent quality family time. We came home and late Thursday night our friends from Salt Lake City came to visit for the 4th of July holiday. We had a great time with them. We had a most successful parade about 30 people around the neighborhood and even had houses give the kids candy. We played games, had water fights, and set off fireworks in the driveway. Eric had to work from 4-4 am the next day so he missed the evening fireworks but other than that it was all good.
