The boys had the opportunity to gather with all of the boys
with the Tri City Academy of Ballet and be taught by a professional ballet
instructor. They had fun.
We took pictures of Isaac’s first birthday pic to hang on the
wall and while I love the ones where he is eating the apple it is terribly
digusting and it would look horrible enlarged.
I think we will stick with the one where he is sistting in the rocking
chair and not smiling. One pic is
adorable because it looks like he said I know I wasn’t suppose to get into this
apple. The kids enjoyed dying eggs and going on two easter egg hunts. The first one was at a friends home that has
been doing a hunt for 3 years now and we are glad to have been invited. The second one was the association hunt. They
had toys sc attered around and I told Emily to grab the toy she wanted. She went
to get the baseball bat and the women yelled and said this is ours even though
here kid wasn’t interested in the bat.
Oh well. Isaac was crawling
around getting eggs. We hung out with the Lawrences. Daddy had to work. The boys had a party for hockey. They are
done and each received a medal. We all got to skate. I was scared to get on the
ice but found it was much like roller blading. I know want to skate more.
Easter went well. Daddy had to work but was able to come
home for a short time while we opened easter. The kids were excited for the
nerf guns. They were happy to see the Easter bunny had left prints every where.
Ben figured that the easter bunny must have a magic hole that he hops in and
out of so the people can’t find his hole. I thought that was a creative
idea. It has been a good weekend.
